Design and colour
ImgColorPicker.org
Extract colours from any image without uploading it. The picking happens inside your browser — a magnifier shows the individual pixels under your cursor, and every value is available in HEX, RGB, HSL, HSB and CMYK. Palette extraction uses OKLab rather than CIE Lab, and each swatch marks the point on the image it came from.
It also carries a contrast checker with both WCAG 2 and APCA, a font contrast tool built on metrics read out of 54 font binaries, and a reference library of 4,336 named colours. The font measurements are published as an open dataset under CC0.

A free online photo editor for the everyday jobs — cropping, resizing and straightforward edits — without installing anything or creating an account.

How we pay for it
Advertising, on every one of them. There is no paid tier, no trial that expires, and no feature that used to be free and now is not. Where a tool needs to send anything to a server, its own privacy policy says so plainly rather than burying it.
